Paul, I just found your channel. I've been looking at some other ones here and there. This house is on a level I can't even explain. But the first thing that came to mind with this particular property is kind of a strange analogy. I'm thinking about guests gathering in large numbers, wandering about the property having a great time, and you stumble upon a person who catches your eye. And a couple years later, you are man and wife, after returning here for your ceremony. This is a property where love comes to be born. And I'm just talking about the outside. I'm only at 12:00. I can't wait to see what happens next. 💙

Yeahhhhh there’s a reason why people are leaving these places, as someone who just moved from Warren back up to port Huron I can tell you right now, most of these areas including Sterling Heights are going downhill FAST because of the crime rate

I worked in Detroit for v 40 yrs and what stood out to me was the employees at the companies thievery schemes....unreal. every company eventually closed forever.

Very surprised with the "congested" label for Grand Rapids. Freeways can be congested at rush hour but all other paths around town are reasonable. My wife worked on the farthest east side of town and we live on the farthest west side. The commute was 18 minutes most days.

I replaced my septic system. First one lasted 80 years. "Lake Effect" weather is a real thing. He didn't mention at all -- the shore line can recede. Waves will eat away at it. Best is to put a natural plant buffer. Forget sinking logs 13 deep or steel. The natural plant buffer also needs some upkeep. Winter ice will slide up too.

Warren is sooooo boring... I do recommend Shelby Township/Macomb/Clinton Township

Dearborn hts is being ruined by the city allowing people to build castles in the middle of blocks of small starter homes, it actually looks dumb asf. If someone has all that $ to build a 2mill castle why do it in the middle of a tight block with stater homes😂

As someone who just moved out of a Detroit suburb to a rural city an hour north I can 1000% assure you people aren’t leaving because of the home prices. its the politics and the people that live in those city’s that are driving everyone away.

People are leaving Michigan in Droves. Blame Democrat policies for that one. Im one of them. Detroit is always gonna be my home but couldn’t stand the BS any longer. Sad

The only other mansion I have been in that is comparable to this one is Meadowbrook Hall on the estate of Matilda Dodge Wilson, which she donated to Oakland University in Rochester Hills. That mansion is similar and its design and interior to this one. The builder in those days would travel around the world and use artisans to come and do the work. You can find this kind of craftsmanship in Meadowbrook Hall.

Detroit's population increased last year. Take his claims with a grain of salt. Please notice that his claims all refer to the number leaving but not how many moved into the city. What you see in Detroit is not much different than many American Metropolitan areas. The people of Detroit are proud of their town and defend it. The improvements going on downtown are starting to spread throughout Detroit. Friends have bought homes in Detroit and have made a lot of money on its rebirth.

You went wayyyyy to fast through this house. I about got dizzy watching. Its an elegant, fabulous and big enough for 6 or 8 families to live in. But inside and out of this house is just gorgeous.
